With an Advanced Diploma of International Hotel and Resort Management, as well as over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Eoghan is up to date with the top current trends, equipment, methods, and staff requirements.

Armed with his knowledge and experience, Eoghan can develop systems that can improve efficiency and safety in the workplace, as well as advise on OHS and accessibility standards and fix current issues.

As disability advocates, we can assist with the sourcing and implementation of staff with disabilities, to assist you in your workplace. This both assists with a large problem in the community of disabled workers not being able to find jobs, as well as assists your company with both skilled and willing workers, wage grants and subsidies, and a good image.
We can source, place, and train workers with disabilities in your environment to ensure they are comfortable and familiar with what they are doing.

We can assist with workplace design and layout, advising on not only disability access standards and laws but also advice on individual situations and workplaces and how to make them more suited and welcoming to persons with a disability beyond the legal requirements.

We also offer current workers with their requirements such as access and equipment sourcing/modifications to assist with their current environment being more adaptive to them.

Finally, we offer mediation and advocacy solutions for persons with a disability who may need help finding their voice, or assistance/supporting them to bring up issues with employers regarding their disability or individual needs.
